A car radio displays “Abkhazia” as if it were just another station – a contested territory flickering briefly into everyday life. In Georgia and Armenia, Between looks at how remnants of the Soviet era continue to shape public space, private memory and the lives of different generations. The work asks how people live among the fragments of unresolved history while trying to imagine a future beyond them.
