They call them "Zeru Zeru"—ghosts, non-beings. In parts of Africa, people with albinism are hunted like prey, their limbs harvested for ritual magic, their lives erased by lethal superstitions. This project is a raw descent into their paradox: a flesh-and-blood struggle against a sun that kills and a society that treats them as phantoms. Through the scars of an adult and the hunted gaze of a child, these images document a brutal defiance. It is the refusal to vanish. The struggle of those fighting to be recognized as human under a sky that marks them for death.
